The Immaterium.

The two transcendent beings temporarily left a universe behind and wandered through the Immaterium.

They then passed through The Veil of reality and arrived in a place unlike either the Immaterium or the material universe.

Though it was wrapped in a veil that even the Gods could never penetrate, it was not a universe, but a region.

The region was not large. It contained only a prosperous planet and various orbital facilities built around it.

After passing through The Veil, the two entered the planet itself.

"What beautiful scenery."

"It's like Caliban. Everything you see with the naked eye looks as if the color contrast has been cranked all the way up."

Qin Xa could not help but marvel at the planet's environment.

Yet The Maker beside him had no reaction to the comparison to Caliban.

For the universe where The Maker had grown up, Caliban was merely an abstract mention and the planetary ruins of the fortieth millennium.

He simply introduced the planet.

"This is the City of Infinity, a city located within the Immaterium. The planet itself is also a city, where those left homeless by the destruction of their universes take refuge."

The two entered the planet's South Pole, arriving inside a massive fortress amid ice and snow.

As they proceeded through the fortress corridors, Qin Xa suddenly saw Guilliman approaching from ahead.

After seeing Qin Xa, the Thirteenth Primarch nodded in greeting, then went over to The Maker and whispered a few words before turning to leave.

A few seconds later, another Guilliman arrived, carrying a stack of documents in his arms.

After nodding to greet them, that Guilliman left as well.

Then more and more Guillimans began appearing without end.

"This is the archives."
