And Might Duy had actually activated the Eight Inner Gates right there in camp. His entire body was enveloped in dense green chakra, and his presence was terrifying.
Aragaki Yasushi hurriedly called out to Might Duy, "Teacher Duy! What happened? Why are you in such a hurry?"
Might Duy's voice was edged with urgency. He replied as he sprinted, "Guy and the others are in trouble!"
When he first called out, he was still a long way from Aragaki Yasushi, and his voice sounded indistinct.
But the moment he finished speaking, he flashed past Aragaki Yasushi, leaving only a green blur behind as he raced out of the camp.
Aragaki Yasushi froze in place as a thought occurred to him.
Could it be... Might Guy and the others had run into the Seven Ninja Swordsmen?
They'd clashed that soon?
Aragaki Yasushi came to his senses and didn't dare waste a moment. With a thought, a pair of Paper Wings sprouted from his back, flapping as he took to the air.
Although he couldn't match the straight-line speed of Might Duy with the Eight Inner Gates open, he could fly. He didn't have to take detours or worry about the terrain.
After just a few flaps of his wings, Aragaki Yasushi caught up with Might Duy, who was sprinting ahead, and called out to him.
"Teacher Duy! Wait up. Let me give you a lift."
"I can fly, so I'm faster than you on foot. You can also save some chakra and keep it for fighting the Seven Ninja Swordsmen!"

Might Duy looked at Aragaki Yasushi's resolute gaze and let out a heavy sigh.
The green chakra swirling around him vanished in an instant, and the Eight Inner Gates closed along with it. His breathing grew calmer.
"Yasushi, I'll have to trouble you, then. Be careful and don't push yourself."
"When we get there, I'll take on the Seven Ninja Swordsmen. You get Guy and the others out of there."

The Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Hidden Mist were famous, after all, yet they were worth so little. The system sure was stingy with its points!

He could grumble all he wanted, but Aragaki Yasushi wasn't going to turn down points.
Still, this confirmed something for him.
The mission to destroy Kannabi Bridge offered a massive 2,000 points because Uchiha Madara was secretly watching.
