• Xia Ping drew the Scarlet Lightning tribulation over the Abyss Demons, used his artifacts and abilities to defeat their strongest leaders, and absorbed their souls and energy.
• Xia Ping survived the tribulation, advanced to the late Dharma Image Realm, and destroyed the Heavenly Heart Demon after it invaded his sea of consciousness.
• Xia Ping reunited with Yu Qiqi, Jiang Yaru, Su Ji, and Chu Rong, then returned from the Abyss World as the trial ended and resolved to grow strong enough for the coming war.
