• Ye Xuan defeated Sea Dragon Douluo, endured Bo Saixi’s assault, pulled the Sea God’s Trident free, and completed the Sea God’s trials, leaving Tang San defeated and Bo Saixi bound to serve him.
• Ye Xuan fused the Light Dragon King’s soul ring and bone, then traveled with Bo Saixi to the Far North to begin the Life God’s trial of creating a new soul beast race.
• Bo Saixi defeated Snow Empress and Ice Empress, and Ye Xuan subdued the Ice Empress before binding her with the Life Brand.

Ye Xuan found Dragon Valley, took control of its inheritance, and forged it into the Banner of Living Beings while growing powerful enough to claim the Ice and Fire Dragon Kings’ soul bones. The arc left Ye Xuan rushing to confront Tang San, who arrived at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well intent on killing him.

• Ye Xuan and Bo Saixi searched both empires and the Sun Moon Continent before the Light Dragon King detected Dragon Valley in Miasma Valley.
• Ye Xuan entered Dragon Valley with Bo Saixi, reached the Dragon God’s remains, and swore to preserve the dragon race in exchange for the Dragon God Core and the valley.
• Ye Xuan absorbed the Dragon God Core with Bo Saixi’s help, refined Dragon Valley, and crushed the Dragon God’s remnant soul when it challenged him.

After killing eight Clear Sky Sect elders, he used Bai Chenxiang as a spy and prepared to undermine the empire from within, while Tang San began searching for him.

• Ye Xuan imprisoned Tang San in the Banner of Living Beings, then released him after the Asura God paid divine treasures that strengthened the banner.
• Ye Xuan returned to Spirit City, reunited with Bibi Dong, and spent time with Meng Yiran while Bibi Dong prepared for her final Rakshasa trial.

The survivors reached Slaughter City, where Tang Chen tried to draw the Evil Eye Holy King's inheritance from Dai Mubai as a new threat appeared.

• Tang San searched for Ye Xuan and comforted Oscar over Bai Chenxiang, while Bai Chenxiang concealed that Ye Xuan controlled her.
• Ye Xuan placed the four single-attribute clan chiefs under his control and forced Bai Chenxiang to accept Oscar’s marriage proposal.
• Ye Xuan threatened Bai Chenxiang’s grandfather and the Speed Clan, then ordered her to aid the Spirit Hall Empire during the wedding.
