"Are you sure?!!!" Philip and Digla stared at Solam in shock once again. They had thought Solam was already outrageous enough, but after leaving the knight tournament, he had given them another huge "surprise."
"Of course!" Solam said with complete certainty. "I've already spoken to Yetana about it!"
"B-but... that's grave robbing! And a royal tomb, at that!" Philip looked deeply shaken. "Yetana actually agreed to this?"
What kind of joke was this? Solam actually wanted them to dig up the grave of Yetana's own older sister! The nature of this was practically the same as digging up someone's ancestral graves! Philip simply could not understand how Yetana would dare agree to Solam's request. Wasn't she afraid of being drowned in public outrage?
Even if an ordinary commoner's grave was dug up, it would become a fight to the death, much less the tomb of a royal family member.
"She didn't agree." Solam shook his head.
"Then why did you..."
"She didn't refuse either." Solam said with a smile.
Philip stared wide-eyed at Solam. After a long while, he finally asked, "How did you tell her?" Philip was very curious.
"Tell her? I didn't even get the chance! She just kept telling me to get lost. I had no choice but to treat it as though I'd already told her. Anyway, I reminded her. If something really goes wrong, it won't be my fault!"
Solam said innocently.
"You... you're really an asshole." That was all Philip could call Solam. "When you had us cause trouble earlier, was this what you had in mind?"
Philip could fully imagine how furious Yetana must have been after Solam's stunt. After all, the entire Shining Plains had been watching that grand event. What Solam had done was a complete insult to Toussaint.
"Of course!"
