The one facing off against Baalzebul was her lover, Miska, while Solam had enjoyed a productive partnership with her. In Queen of Chaos's view, if she asked Solam for help, he seemed to have no reason to refuse. After all, wiping out Baalzebul's devil army would benefit Solam as well.

However, Solam was extremely indifferent toward Queen of Chaos's proposal for an alliance. At this point, he no longer needed her. Plenty of others would rush out to fight over this juicy prize; one Queen of Chaos more or less made no difference. Besides, how could Solam possibly help her now? His own troops were already stretched thin. He practically wished Queen of Chaos would lend him some soldiers—how could he spare the attention for anyone else?

He gathered more than seventeen demon lords and over thirty million troops, launching a direct war against the devil-occupied territory bordering his own.
