The moment the wind began to blow, every powerful being on the Plain of Infinite Portals could sense that the Will of the Abyss had descended! It was incomparably furious, yet also wildly exhilarated, like a ferocious beast finally released from its cage. It began venting its rage without restraint.
Countless chaotic storms were swept up by the Will of the Abyss, rising from the edges of the Plain of Infinite Portals and rolling toward its center. In the Abyss, no one could stand against the Abyss itself, no matter how powerful they were. Even Demogorgon could only cower inside the Iron Fortress in the face of this sudden storm, not daring to take a single step outside.
The demons beyond the fortress were in for a disaster. Although the Will of the Abyss was not targeting the inhabitants of the Abyss, neither would it go out of its way to protect the demons. Thus, groups of demons still roaming the wilderness were swept into the sky by the powerful chaotic storm.
The lucky ones merely ended up dizzy and battered after falling. As for the unlucky ones... well, they could only pray for themselves.
For demons, the chaotic power contained within the storm did relatively limited harm. After all, demons were chaotic creations by nature. What truly made them suffer was the storm caused by the eruption of chaos.
But devils were different. They were creatures of order, and chaos was more effective against them than poison or sulfuric acid. Any unfortunate soul swept up by a chaotic storm would be blown to ashes in an extremely short time.
