"Ahhh! Ahhh! I don't want to be human anymore! I might as well die!" Upon hearing that explanation, Solam immediately broke down. How was he supposed to face anyone after this? His drunken antics had actually been recorded in the history of the City in the Clouds. If his grandfather found out, he would definitely chop him to death with the Bloodfire battleaxe. This was far too humiliating.

It's just a joke, so don't take it too seriously." Seeing how strongly Solam resisted it, Elder Tatario tried to comfort him.
"Then how about I don't become king? I only got it because I sang while drunk anyway. It was a joke to begin with. If I don't become king, can't you get rid of that stupid royal title?"
Solam had already felt that becoming king like this was absurdly ridiculous. With that horrible title on top of it, whoever wanted to be this damn king could have it. Solam had no interest in continuing to be one.
"Uh, that won't work either. Like I said, it has already been written into the holy canon and can't be changed. Kings serve for life and cannot be deposed. Unless..." Elder Tatario felt quite helpless as well. He himself had not particularly wanted an outsider to become king, but the others had agreed, and he had drunk too much the previous day. His mind had not been clear when he agreed.
"Unless what? Whatever it is, tell me, and I'll do it right away."
