After picking up the somewhat heavy book, Solam examined it carefully and found that the runes on it were incredibly complex. Many of them clearly bore the style of Netheril. It was obvious that this was a magical item passed down from the age of Netheril. Solam simply could not understand why such precious materials had been used to create a magical item with such poor value for money.

That was right. Despite how miraculous this magical item looked, its value for money really was low. Holding the book in his hands, Solam inspected it from top to bottom and discovered that its primary material was actually Adamantine! There was no need to say more about Adamantine's value, but so much Adamantine had been used just to make a book? Even if it was a book that could transform.

So much Adamantine could have been made into so many good things. But then again, the fact that this book could turn into armor, weapons, and even constructs was indeed remarkable. At least in Solam's understanding, forged Adamantine was difficult to reshape, because it became incredibly hard after forging. In fact, most Adamantine before forging was not particularly pure. Only after impurities were removed through forging did it become incomparably hard.

Yet this Adamantine spellbook could transform, and into so many different forms at that. That was extremely surprising, and Solam was especially curious about it.
