Compared to Isabella's panic, Scarlett handled things much better. She had witnessed Solam's terrible temper back when she was still with the Shadow Thieves, so she was not surprised that Solam had clashed with the people here.
After following Solam for so long, she had more or less figured out his personality. Solam disliked restraints—or rather, he simply disliked being restrained himself. From Scarlett's observations, Solam did not care much for either chaos or order. He simply liked doing as he pleased. Him ordering others around? Fine! Others trying to restrain him? Not fine!

But Scarlett did not think much of it. After all, weren't all the rulers of this world like that? How many people in power truly obeyed the law? Laws were created to restrain the weak and powerless, while those who created them were precisely the privileged classes!
