A deep, rumbling voice rang out. It belonged to one of the Tauren elders who had made a deep impression on Lei Mo: Anglie Roar.
Maybe it was a case of lacking what you craved, but Lei Mo always remembered the big guys. First it had been Raging Flame Great Axe, and now it was Anglie Roar.
Lei Mo had no idea Anglie Roar wanted to join the Bloodhoof Tribe. He was busy issuing all sorts of orders.
"This hill needs to be leveled. I'm going to build a library here. And here, we need to dig a small lake several hundred square kilometers in size. I'm planning to raise some low-tier Water Element magical beasts in it."

In the hands of the Orcs, this fertile land had been a pearl cast before swine. They had done no farming or waterworks, relying instead on crude gathering, fishing, and hunting.
Now that it was in Lei Mo's hands, he was sure to give it a thorough overhaul, repairing the waterworks and dredging the waterways.
With so many Lowgods of the earth element in the Spirit World, reshaping the terrain was no challenge at all.
A few months later, the rivers of Bloodhoof Basin flowed freely, and boats could reach every part of the basin.
At its center,
