Background / History

Lei Mo was reborn into the Bloodhoof Tribe after living a previous life on Earth. Unlike the tribe's towering, hunchbacked Tauren, he grew to only two meters, with a straight back, slender legs, and undersized horns. His appearance caused fellow Tauren to regard him as physically underdeveloped, though he had already cultivated Battle Qi to the seventh rank by eighteen. 1

As a potential future chieftain under Tauren custom, Lei Mo was expected to inherit authority through strength rather than bloodline. Chieftain Leland confirmed his peak seventh-rank strength, establishing that Lei Mo could eventually succeed him if he reached the ninth rank. 9

His early magical studies revealed a major limitation: while his Saint-level spiritual energy allowed him to memorize and understand spells rapidly, his Fire-element affinity was extremely poor. He later discovered that the Purple Totem Pillar dramatically improved his elemental affinity, allowing him to cultivate Nature-type magic under Margaret's guidance. 11 12 13

Lei Mo left the Bloodhoof Tribe to seek battle, solitude, and insight into the Law of Destruction. He developed Life Magic independently, created a treehouse spell, and tested the soul-targeting spell Soul Annihilation by instantly killing a seventh-rank Iron-Veined Lion. 13 14

He entered the Keaton Kingdom through its Magic Beast Knights, using Bill Cleveland, a ninth-rank Divine Wind Bear, as his mount and partner. The kingdom granted him the title of Viscount Franklin and the Franklin Territory before his Saint Realm breakthrough elevated him to a duke. 18 20 30
