• Zheng Yi joined the Soul Devouring Sect, entered the Apocalyptic World, and used a Soul Guiding Array to gather ghosts for his Soul Devouring Banner.
• Zheng Yi subdued the Red-Clothed Female Ghost, filled the banner with Malevolent Ghosts, and advanced his Black Fiend Qi while hunting spirits and zombies.
• Zheng Yi refined the Soul Devouring Banner as his Lifebound Artifact, broke through to Qi Refining Stage Four, and captured three Hundred-Year Azure Ghosts.

Zheng Yi took a remote mine assignment, uncovered the Qi Family’s forbidden ritual, and claimed five Blood Fetus Ghost Infants for his own cultivation plans. After building power in the Apocalyptic World and learning sword techniques from a tortured captive, he found a fragmentary artifact-refining art beneath the mine.

• Zheng Yi took a quiet posting at the Black Iron Essence Mine, upgraded his Soul Devouring Banner, and confronted the Qi Family over its concealed ore and array.
• Zheng Yi defeated the Qi brothers, installed Qi Lin as patriarch, and discovered the Qi Family’s hidden altar and its Blood Fetus Ghost Infant ritual.
• Zheng Yi subdued all five Ghost Infants, concealed the Qi Family’s scheme, and found forbidden cultivation manuals in a hidden hall.
• Zheng Yi entered the Apocalyptic World, saved Jin Wuqian’s survivors from a zombie horde, and used their resources to activate the array and nourish the Ghost Infants.
• Zheng Yi spent two months hunting zombies and strengthening his body before Qi Lin led him to a captive the Qi Family had tortured for sword techniques.
• Zheng Yi accepted three techniques from the captive, ended his life, and chose the Lesser Five Elements Sword Foundation Casting Method for his future Foundation Establishment.
• Zheng Yi planned to use the five Ghost Infants and Apocalyptic World resources to create Five Elements Sword Embryos, then found the Five Poison Soul Severing Sword beneath the mine.

Zheng Yi grew his Gathering Place while developing the Merit Seed, acquiring the Flesh Gourd Seed, and eliminating the Qi Family Hidden Lineage. He strengthened his Soul Devouring Banner and ended the stretch by destroying the Ghost Hospital’s spirits, leaving its chief ghost and many Yin Soldiers more powerful.

• Zheng Yi expanded the Gathering Place, cultivated in both worlds, and discovered that the Golden Seed in his Sea of Consciousness grew as he killed zombies and ghosts and cleansed his killing aura.
• Zheng Yi sold Essence Soul Stones through Qi Lin’s caravan, bought the Flesh Gourd Seed at auction, and escaped an attack by Qi Family remnants after acquiring it.
• Zheng Yi killed Qi Shengyuan and the remaining members of the Qi Family Hidden Lineage, then found the Geng Metal Essence in Qi Shengyuan’s storage bag.
• Zheng Yi used zombie flesh and crystal cores to grow Flesh Gourds and form Flying Sword Embryos, while the Gathering Place recruited survivors and cleared a vast safe zone.
• Zheng Yi led the Gathering Place’s forces in defeating a huge, organized zombie horde, then strengthened the Soul Devouring Banner by refining it with materials gathered by Qi Lin.
• Zheng Yi entered the Ghost Hospital and drew out its spirits, then sent the Blood-Clothed Female Ghost and Yin Soldiers to destroy hundreds of them overnight.

Zheng Yi cultivated the Zombie Blood Bat line, built up the Gathering Place, and gained new methods through a lotus, a temple art, and a refined banner. The arc left him confronting the Black Armor Nether Ghost with Heart Fire.

• Zheng Yi broke through to Qi Refining Stage Six, then raised the Progenitor Zombie Blood Bat Cain from the Demonic Fetus and began breeding its descendants.
• Zheng Yi refined his bones with Zombie Crystal Cores, reached Qi Refining Eighth Layer, and established mechanized zombie-processing factories in the Gathering Place.
• Zheng Yi developed Parasitic Bat fusion experiments that created Blood Warriors and Blood Demon cultivators, while Cain matured and produced bloodline descendants.
• Zheng Yi opened Qi Yue’s Gambling Treasure Pouch Skin, planted the Blood Lotus Seed, and used its Blood Lotus Seeds to reach the peak of Qi Refining Ninth Layer.
• After the Soul Devouring Sect fell, Zheng Yi killed Li Mingqi when he tried to seize the Qi Family and recovered the Five Viscera Temple God-Nourishing Great Art.
