"Third Brother! What are you doing here? Hurry and leave! These two women are incredibly powerful. We're no match for them."
When Ling Xiao arrived, Di Jun and Tai Yi weren't happy. Instead, they grew anxious and urged Ling Xiao to leave at once.

But Ling Xiao moved faster than they did. With the Primordial Cauldron above his head and the Primordial Measuring Ruler in his hand, he charged at the women without the slightest carelessness.

Seeing her sister's miserable state, Xi He flew into a rage and rose to fight Ling Xiao to the death, but Changxi grabbed her.
"Elder Sister, don't be rash. I'm all right."
She spoke anxiously, casting a fearful glance at Ling Xiao.
Xi He's face was full of anger. Clearly, she was still unwilling to accept this.
"Don't look at me like that. If I hadn't held back, your sister might already be dead."
Ling Xiao said coolly. His long hair stirred in the wind, making him look wild and unrestrained.
"If anything happens to my sister, I'll trigger the Lunar Star's killing formation and make sure you never leave this place!" Changxi said.
Ling Xiao laughed. "Stop bluffing. I saw through you long ago. You can't control the Lunar Star's killing formation."
Changxi's expression shifted, and she blurted out, "How did you know?"
"I told you already: the secrets of heaven can be divined. How could anything be hidden from me?" Ling Xiao said indifferently, a flicker of amusement in his eyes.
They really were a little too naive.
Although these two women had taken human form early, they'd never left the Lunar Star and had experienced too little. How could they understand the treachery of the human heart?
He'd tossed out a casual bluff, and they'd taken the bait.
The two women now regarded Ling Xiao with apprehension, feeling as though they had no secrets from him.

Xi He's expression stiffened. She'd actually forgotten those two. They weren't strong, but together they couldn't be underestimated.

Xi He was furious, her beautiful face frosty.
