Background and History
Rongrong grew up under the protection of her father, sect leader Ning Fengzhi, and the Titled Douluo she calls Grandpa Sword and Grandpa Bone. Sect rules and peers who indulged her outwardly but called her “Little Demoness” behind her back left her bored and lonely. She joined the mysterious group chat hoping to make friends, but her confrontational manner initially got her muted and ignored. After Qian Renxue defended her under the name “Child Without Parents,” Rongrong apologized and began forming friendships with the other members 2 4 5 43.
Ning Fengzhi arranged for disciples to speak within Rongrong’s hearing about Shrek Academy, hoping that time away from the sect would help her mature. Rongrong ran away to see it for herself. Although Li Yuan warned the chat about Shrek’s conditions, she continued to Suotuo City rather than return home. There, Xiao Wu protected her from Ma Hongjun, and Li Yuan intervened when the confrontation escalated 29 53 54 62 63.
Rongrong later visited Shrek with Li Yuan, Xiao Wu, and Zhu Zhuqing. She challenged its refusal to refund an applicant’s registration fee. When Shrek’s staff tried to detain the four by force, she fired her sect’s distress signal, summoning two Soul Saint guardians. She directed them to secure the applicant’s refund and compensation, punish the staff involved, and demolish the academy 91 92 95 96 97 98.
