• Liu Bai crossed into the Battle Through the Heavens World, met Ma Qi, and began cultivating Dou Qi before awakening a Golden Flame Martial Soul in Douluo World.
• With Si Si's help, Liu Bai defeated a Blazing Male Lion, absorbed his first Soul Ring, and gained Flame Vault - Azure Profound Fire.

Liu Bai grew stronger across both worlds, recruited Ning Rongrong for Heaven Dou Royal Academy, and set out with Xiao Yi Xian to seek a Heavenly Flame. In Stone Desert City, they took in Qing Lin, while Liu Bai prepared to return briefly to the Douluo World before continuing the search.

• Liu Bai broke through to the Dou Ling realm, defeated Qin Zhan in a spar, and helped Ning Rongrong enroll at Heaven Dou Royal Academy.
• Liu Bai traveled to the Magical Beast Mountain Range, where he met Xiao Yi Xian and found a cave containing the Seven-Colored Poison Scripture, Purple Cloud Wings, Mad Lion Roar, and a map fragment.
• Liu Bai explained Xiao Yi Xian’s Woe Poison Body and its possible cures, then persuaded her to leave Green Mountain Town with him.
• Liu Bai passed the Alchemist Guild’s assessments through Third Grade, and he and Xiao Yi Xian continued toward Stone Desert City.
• Liu Bai learned Purple Cloud Wings, taught Xiao Yi Xian to cultivate, and found a second fragment of the Purifying Demonic Lotus Flame map with Hai Bodong.

Liu Bai formed his own tournament team, strengthened his ties with Qian Renxue, and absorbed the Green Lotus Core Flame before bargaining with Queen Medusa to help with her evolution. He returned to the Douluo World and reunited with his teammates just before their match against Shrek Academy, warning them they were likely to lose.

• Liu Bai declined a place on the main team and formed the Heaven Dou Second Team with Dugu Yan, Ye Lingling, and Ning Rongrong.
• At Xue Ke’s birthday banquet, Liu Bai drank with Xue Qinghe, who was Qian Renxue in disguise, and stayed overnight at the Crown Prince Mansion before returning to his team.
• Liu Bai found the Green Lotus Core Flame beneath the Lava Fire Sea, controlled the Two-Headed Fire Spirit Snake with Qing Lin’s help, and absorbed the Heavenly Flame to reach six-star Dou Ling.
• Liu Bai met Hai Bodong, accepted the task of finding Sand Mandala, and encountered Yue Mei while searching the Tager Desert.

After a month, he confronted the Shrek group when they attacked Heaven Dou Royal Academy students and insulted Dugu Yan and Ning Rongrong, ending the dispute after Qin Ming apologized.

• Liu Bai lured Tang Hao away from the girls and fought him with his Green Lotus Core Flame, but escaped through the Shuttle Gate before Tang Hao’s Clear Sky Avatar struck.
• Liu Bai recovered in the Battle Through the Heavens world, then helped Queen Medusa survive her evolution into the Seven-Colored Heaven Swallowing Python and left her a letter before returning to Douluo World.
