Sun Star.
From the distant starry sky, the state of the Sun Star looked extremely strange.
It was like an orange that had been cut in half!
That was right—a planet with only half remaining was still tenaciously surviving.
"This is the Sun Star?"
Angel Yan gazed at the half-remaining planet from afar, her face filled with astonishment and surprise.
Though she had long heard of the Sun Star, this was her first time seeing it with her own eyes. Faced with such an unimaginable sight, even Angel Yan was deeply surprised.
Holy Keisha sat high upon her lavish throne, one jade-like hand supporting her cheek as she tilted her head and said calmly, "Let's go. Let's meet the main god of the Sun Star."
Sun Star, Imperial Palace.
The once solemn and luxurious palace was a complete mess. Exquisite palace lamps had fallen before the main doors, and even the dragon throne had been flung into the middle of the hall.
A little girl of around thirteen or fourteen, dressed in a golden dragon robe, puffed out her pink cheeks and stared with round eyes as she confronted a burly middle-aged man.
The man had a square face, thick brows, resolute features, and deep-set eyes. His bronze skin lent him an added air of intimidation. He wore a thin mustache above his lips and short whiskers beneath his chin.
He was Pan Zhen, guardian of the Sun Star—an old relic who had lived for tens of thousands of years.
Pan Zhen looked calmly at Leona, sighing inwardly with a touch of helplessness.
Leona had only just turned fourteen. Compared to the long lifespan of a god, she was still in infancy.
Under the original plan, Leona would not be allowed to learn of the Sun Star's dark history until she was at least a thousand years old, after which she would gradually take control of the government. Of course, that did not mean the young Leona was unimportant. She needed to serve as the nation's auspicious mascot within this palace, ensuring the loyalty and stability of the subjects.
As for Pan Zhen, he was an important minister chosen by the previous Sun God to assist Leona, as well as the current guardian of the Sun Star.
"Your Majesty, you are the emperor of the Sun Star. You must learn to restrain your emotions. It would be one thing if I were the only one to see this, but if other eunuchs saw it, it would inevitably cause another stir." Pan Zhen returned the various scattered furnishings on the floor to their original places.
Leona tilted her little head and grumbled unhappily, "I didn't do it on purpose."
Leona truly had not done it on purpose, nor was she throwing a tantrum.
After obtaining Artifact Control Art, Leona, who spent every day in the palace as the nation's auspicious mascot, had undoubtedly found herself a novel toy. In particular, she possessed immense innate energy, making the cultivation of this divine art especially effortless.
In only a brief moment, Leona had already cultivated Artifact Control Art to the stage of manipulating objects with divine power.
Having mastered the divine art, Leona naturally wanted to test its effects.
She had merely underestimated the vast power hidden within herself, as well as the difficulty of controlling objects precisely. That was why Pan Zhen had witnessed this scene.
Seeing Pan Zhen tidying up the palace, Leona's childish nature could not bear the loneliness. She could not resist showing off. "I just learned a new ability today. Does General Pan want to see it?"
Pan Zhen looked at Leona with amused helplessness. "Your Majesty, you should refer to yourself as 'We.'"
"Alright, alright, I know." Leona brushed him off carelessly, then smiled. "Let General Pan see my new ability."
As she spoke, Leona reached her little hand toward the dragon throne below.
The towering dragon throne, forged from rare divine metal from across the universe, capable of withstanding the heat of the sun and weighing at least tens of thousands of jin, seemed to be seized by an invisible force as it slowly floated toward the raised platform above.
Pan Zhen froze, suddenly understanding why the palace had become such a mess.
Of course, that was not the important part.
The important question was: where had Leona learned such an ability?
As an old minister of the Sun Star, how could Pan Zhen not know the powers of the Sun God?
Seeing Pan Zhen's stunned expression, Leona felt utterly delighted.
Her little face was full of pride and arrogance. She lifted her head high, glanced at Pan Zhen from the corner of her eyes, and said smugly, "General Pan, what do you think of the ability I created?"
Created it herself!?
Pan Zhen blinked in slight bewilderment, unable to process it.
First of all, as the main god of the Sun Star, Di Leona met very, very few people, and none of them possessed such an ability. Second, he guarded Leona at all times, and the previous Sun God's protection remained as well. No one could possibly have infiltrated the palace.
Could this really be a skill Leona had created herself?
"Report! Holy Keisha, King of Angels, requests an audience with Your Majesty."
Holy Keisha!?
Pan Zhen's brows furrowed tightly in surprise.
Why had she suddenly decided to visit Her Majesty?
Leona also froze for a moment before seeming to think of something. She asked, "Is there also an angel named Angel Yan?"
"Reporting to Your Majesty, Holy Keisha has indeed come accompanied by the Left Wing Guard, Angel Yan."
Pan Zhen gave Leona a slightly strange look, feeling increasingly puzzled.
Leona had never left the Sun Star since childhood, so how did she know Angel Yan? And judging by her reaction, she seemed to have anticipated Holy Keisha's visit long ago.
"Quick, let them in."
Upon hearing this, Di Leona cheered.
"Wait." Pan Zhen stopped the guard who was about to relay the order, then said helplessly to Leona, "Your Majesty, this probably isn't a good time to receive guests."
Leona looked at the messy palace, stuck out her tongue, then skipped away as she said, "I'll leave this place to General Pan. I'm going to Enlightenment Hall."
Pan Zhen watched Leona leave with helpless amusement, but his heart was filled with doubts.
He ordered the maids to come clean up the palace, then hurried after her.
Leona was still too young. She understood nothing, and her strength had yet to be fully developed. Pan Zhen could not rest easy letting her face Holy Keisha alone.
Enlightenment Hall.
Leona circled around the tall Angel Yan with great interest, occasionally reaching out her slender, fair fingers to poke and prod at her. Because of her young age, Leona only came up to Angel Yan's chest.
Faced with Leona's behavior, Angel Yan was rolling her eyes inwardly. She could not help wanting to hang this little brat up and spank her, but she did not dare act presumptuously before Holy Keisha.
She asked in surprise, "You're Angel Yan?"
Angel Yan's expression remained calm, but a storm had erupted in her heart.
Di Leona!
Could the Heavens Chat Group really exist? Had no one tampered with her after all?
Leona did not think that much about it. She simply found it very interesting.
Holy Keisha sat to one side, her eyes slightly lowered as she watched the two of them, lost in prolonged thought.
Before coming to Sun Star, Holy Keisha had still harbored some doubts about the Heavens Chat Group. But now, she believed it.
Others might not know how important Leona was, but Holy Keisha understood perfectly well.
No one could use Leona as bait, much less to deal with a mere left-wing guard.
Pan Zhen entered the hall. Seeing Leona happily playing around Angel Yan, he turned to Holy Keisha and said in a deep voice, "Queen Keisha, I need an explanation."
Holy Keisha slightly raised her eyes and said calmly, "Perhaps Leona can provide a better answer."
Upon hearing this, Leona deliberately looked around in confusion, as though saying, What are you talking about? I don't understand a thing.
