Chapter Summaries

Lin Qing survived Miracle at You's torrent of calamity while rescuing Josuke Higashikata, Daiya Higashikata, and Joshu Higashikata. Tooru, Yoshikage Kira, and Miracle at You approached him, hoping to strengthen the calamity enough to defeat him.

• Miracle at You explained that Lin Qing's accumulated calamities would make him vulnerable on its home ground, and Josuke used Soft & Wet bubbles to steal C-Moon's gravity.
• Lin Qing stopped time to evade attacks and rushed to Tooru, but turned aside to rescue Josuke, Daiya, and Joshu from a gas explosion.
• Yoshikage Kira escaped with Tooru after a meteorite knocked Lin Qing's Steel Ball off course, but Killer Queen's bomb, a power line, and a steel nail struck Lin Qing.
• Lin Qing healed, removed the nail, and knocked Josuke unconscious, ending Soft & Wet's effect and restoring C-Moon's defensive field.
• Miracle at You stopped Yoshikage Kira from fleeing and told him and Tooru to approach Lin Qing so the calamity would intensify.

Lin Qing pushed through Miracle at You’s escalating calamities, but a cellular mutation nearly transformed him into plants. With Yoshikage Kira wounded and Tooru cornered, Lin Qing took the final step and struck at Tooru.

• Lin Qing analyzed Miracle at You’s calamity and advanced toward Tooru and Yoshikage Kira despite escalating disasters.
• Miracle at You triggered lesions throughout Lin Qing’s body, causing his flesh to turn into plants and his vitality to collapse.
• Tooru urged Yoshikage Kira to attack, but Star Platinum battered Kira and a calamity fatally cut his throat when he turned on Tooru.
• Lin Qing continued forward through the flowers as Miracle at You’s cane broke and its calamity reached its limit.
• Star Platinum appeared and punched at Tooru.

Lin Qing restored his strength, used the Saint’s power to turn Ticket to Ride against Tooru, and killed him before Miracle at You escaped. After collecting the second piece of the Saint’s Corpse, Lin Qing stopped Yoshikage Kira from activating Bites the Dust and killed him.

• Lin Qing drank a healing potion and recovered his life force, then used the Saint’s Corpse to empower a Tear Blade and inflict a second of misfortune on Tooru.
• Tooru was decapitated when his fall brought his neck against a truck railing, while Miracle at You survived and escaped after warning Lin Qing of a future blow.
• Two lights emerged from Tooru’s corpse, and Lin Qing collected the second piece of the Saint’s Corpse: both legs.
• Lin Qing released Madara Uchiha and Hot Pants from the Ghost Room, then found Yoshikage Kira attempting to use Bites the Dust through Daiya Higashikata.

Lin Qing watched Yoshikage Kira’s memories and learned that Dio had sent him to Morioh to work with Tooru against Lin Qing. After restoring Daiya’s sight and waking Josuke, Lin Qing learned that Tooru and Kira had killed Rai Mamezuku and abducted Yasuho, who appeared to have been taken beyond this world.

• Whitesnake let Daiya view Yoshikage Kira’s memories, revealing that Dio resurrected him, granted his wishes, and sent him to Morioh to work with Tooru against Lin Qing.
• Lin Qing purified the black light affecting Daiya and gave her a healing potion, restoring her sight.
• Daiya tried to pull down Josuke’s pants to see his four balls, but Joshu stopped her.
• Lin Qing used the Saint’s Corpse and a healing potion to wake Josuke, who recalled that Tooru and Yoshikage Kira had attacked him, Yasuho, and Rai Mamezuku, killing Rai and abducting Yasuho.

After confirming Tooru had taken the New Locacaca branches for Dio, Lin Qing prepared to pursue the unanswered mysteries, and Josuke asked to join them.

• Lin Qing told Hot Pants that Johnny Joestar had transferred the Higashikata family curse onto himself and died, and explained how his Spin had given the Morioh ginkgo leaves their Stand ability.

Lin Qing and his allies left JoJolion after Josuke Higashikata joined them, but Tooru’s death curse sent them into a strange world. There, Lin Qing recognized the snowy neighborhood and his mother from his life before transmigrating.

• Josuke Higashikata asked to join Lin Qing’s fight to save Yasuho, and Lin Qing welcomed him; Joshu arrived too late to travel with them.

There, Madara Uchiha confronted three Stand users under the black light, defeating two before facing a gigantic Red Hot Chili Pepper.

• Lin Qing carried his injured mother home, where Tan Xiaoli mistook him and his companions for backpackers and invited them to dinner.
• Lin Qing learned that the Saint's Corpse would soon return to the JoJo world, forcing him to choose between staying with his mother or continuing onward.
• Lin Qing decided to leave, cured his mother's illnesses, hid gold and healing potions for her, and departed without revealing his identity; Tan Xiaoli silently recognized him and waved goodbye.
• Lin Qing and his companions arrived in Cairo in December 1988, where Pet Shop, Muhammad Avdol, and Akira Otoishi attacked them with ice, fire, and lightning.

Madara Uchiha defeated Red Hot Chili Pepper, and Lin Qing rescued Mohammed Avdol, who revealed that Dio had killed Jotaro and the others. Lin Qing then reunited with a frail Joseph Joestar, who remembered him as a friend.

• Madara Uchiha destroyed Red Hot Chili Pepper, and Lin Qing captured Akira Otoishi and killed him after questioning him.
• Lin Qing recovered a Saint's Corpse piece from Pet Shop's remains and purified the unconscious Mohammed Avdol.
• Mohammed Avdol told Lin Qing that Dio had killed Jotaro Kujo, Kakyoin, Polnareff, Iggy, and himself before reviving him as a puppet.

After Lin Qing's team fought through the Pillar Men and defeated Steely Dan, they learned that Dio used Saint's Corpses as temporal “propellers” and had sent Kars away to plant trees.

• Joseph told Lin Qing that a second Dio had appeared after the original Dio's defeat, killed Jotaro and Polnareff, and caused Holly's death; Joseph asked Lin Qing to win the fight against Dio.
• Joseph stayed behind with Mohammed Avdol, while Lin Qing and his team traveled to Battle Tendency and joined Joseph Joestar against Esidisi, Wamuu, and an army of vampires.
• Lin Qing defeated Esidisi and Wamuu, but Steely Dan threatened Hot Pants with his Stand, Lovers; Lin Qing stopped time, removed Lovers from her brain, and had Star Platinum break Dan's legs.

Kars and Miracle at You planted Yasuho Hirose, fused with a New Locacaca sapling, at the convergence of world calamities and began growing the Calamity God Tree across eight JoJo timelines. They used Paisley Park to watch Lin Qing, and Kars and Miracle at You wagered on whether anyone besides Dio could kill him.

• Kars and Miracle at You reached the place where calamities from many worlds and timelines converged.
• Kars planted the sapling fused with Yasuho Hirose, and Miracle at You channelled calamities into it until it grew into the Calamity God Tree.
• Miracle at You used Paisley Park through the tree's bioelectric branches to connect with eight JoJo timelines and observe distant events.
• Kars saw Lin Qing and said he wanted to kill him, while Miracle at You argued that only Dio could do so.
• Kars and Miracle at You wagered that the loser would become the other's Stand, then Kars found Lin Qing as he exchanged intelligence with Joseph Joestar.

Lin Qing and his group crossed the Sea of Mist, where strange branches attacked their golden light and drove them into another space-time. There, Gold Experience Requiem ambushed Lin Qing, who met Giorno’s Stand with Star Platinum.

• Lin Qing concluded that A Dan could not escape Dio and killed him, Wamuu, and Esidisi, gaining three Tainted Souls and another Saint’s Corpse.

Lin Qing and his allies confronted Dio-controlled Giorno, whose Gold Experience Requiem repeatedly nullified their attacks and escape attempts. After Giorno struck Star Platinum, Lin Qing channeled the force into a steel ball and prepared to unleash Ball Breaker.

• Lin Qing explained Gold Experience Requiem’s Return to Zero and identified its vulnerabilities, then devised a plan to fight Giorno.
• Giorno had already entered Requiem Mode, so Lin Qing feinted with a steel ball and Weather Report’s lightning before stopping time and trying to flee.
• Return to Zero rewound Lin Qing and the others to their starting positions, foiling their attempt to escape Giorno’s line of sight.

He stopped thinking to make himself and Star Platinum impervious to Giorno’s reset, buying time until Prosciutto and Cioccolata arrived and attacked the group with their wide-area Stands.

• Lin Qing realized Gold Experience Requiem’s reset could not easily nullify Ball Breaker, then rejected Giorno’s offer to join Dio and challenged him to keep fighting.
• Giorno ordered Gold Experience Requiem to attack, but Star Platinum blocked the blows while Lin Qing shut down his thoughts and became like an inanimate object.
• Lin Qing endured Giorno’s attacks with his immense life energy and Projection of the Past, occasionally pretending to awaken and threaten to use Ball Breaker to keep Giorno engaged.
• Prosciutto and Cioccolata arrived at Giorno’s side and unleashed Grateful Dead’s aging and The Grateful Dead’s deadly mold against Lin Qing, Madara Uchiha, and the others.

Lin Qing evolved into an Ultimate Lifeform’s youthful form by absorbing Green Day’s accelerated aging, then fought Giorno and Gold Experience Requiem. Giorno trapped him in Morioh’s Alley Where You Can’t Turn Back and used Joseph Joestar as leverage, but Lin Qing sacrificed himself to save Joseph and struck back with Ball Breaker, while Madara led the others away with Joseph.

• Madara Uchiha used Susanoo and Wood Release to protect his companions and escape the mold and aging gas, but Gold Experience Requiem reset both defenses.
• Lin Qing began radiating light as Green Day accelerated his growth, and he evolved into an Ultimate Lifeform’s youthful form.
• Giorno repeatedly reset Lin Qing’s attacks, but Lin Qing’s evolved body endured Gold Experience Requiem’s blows, and he realized they were fighting in Morioh’s Alley Where You Can’t Turn Back.

Lin Qing entered the realm between life and death, where he found Diavolo trapped in an endless cycle of deaths. Using the Saint's Corpse's power to stabilize Diavolo's soul, Lin Qing stopped the cycle and asked him to help save the world.

• Lin Qing resisted the Evil Spirits and used the light of the Naruto World's longing for him to form solid ground in the realm between life and death.
• Lin Qing recalled that Madara Uchiha had told him to turn around, and he trusted Madara's tactical judgment during his fight with Giorno.
• Lin Qing discovered that the Evil Spirits fled from him and followed a scream to Diavolo, who kept dying and reviving.
• Lin Qing realized Diavolo's repeated deaths were tied to Gold Experience Requiem and used the Saint's Corpse's power to stabilize his soul.
• Diavolo asked whether his death curse had ended, and Lin Qing said he had come voluntarily to find him and save the world together.

Lin Qing explained how he and Diavolo could use King Crimson’s time erasure to launch Ball Breaker from the Evil Spirit space and briefly counter Giorno’s Gold Experience Requiem. Madara Uchiha then revealed that Joseph and Old Joseph would help guide the attack with Hermit Purple, leaving the companions preparing to link their powers.

• Lin Qing told Diavolo that King Crimson’s time erasure could make him throw Ball Breaker without intending to escape, allowing it to reach Giorno and neutralize Gold Experience Requiem long enough to break free of the Evil Spirit space.
• Lin Qing restored Diavolo to life in an artificial White Zetsu body and used the Saint’s Corpse to restore King Crimson.

Diavolo then tried to seize the Stand Arrow and evolve King Crimson, but the Infinite Spin folded him out of existence, leaving Lin Qing with the arrow.

• Giorno learned from Miracle at You that Josuke Higashikata and the others had returned to the Alley Where You Can't Turn Back, and he refused an offer of support.
• Hot Pants, Josuke Higashikata, Madara Uchiha, and old Joseph attacked Giorno, while Joseph Joestar used Hermit Purple and Spirit Photography to reach Lin Qing in the Evil Spirit space.
• Lin Qing and Diavolo escaped the Evil Spirit space as Ball Breaker used Infinite Spin to cancel Return to Zero and strike Giorno, while Star Platinum broke through Gold Experience Requiem's biological shield.

After Madara concluded that Dio had no weakness, Shikaku proposed activating the Ten-Tails Revival Plan to resist the Calamity God Tree.

• Giorno used Gold Experience Requiem to reset the curse on Madara Uchiha’s Ame-no-Futodama-no-Mikoto, but could not undo Lin Qing’s older calamity debt.
