Uesugi Shinji shouted. The script on the sealing array beneath his feet slowly glowed blue, and the Outer Path Jade began spinning rapidly, generating a powerful force that drew in chakra. It continuously absorbed the Three-Tails' chakra leaking from Nohara Rin's chest into the sphere.
The chakra energy on the surface of the Outer Path Jade surged and fluctuated, showing just how unstable this chakra-made construct was. It looked as though it might collapse at any moment.
But as it absorbed more and more of the Three-Tails' chakra, the fluctuations gradually settled. The sphere's color grew darker, and its size slowly began to shrink.
"This is going even more smoothly than I imagined. The Three-Tails' escaping chakra is far greater than the amount I'd planned to use. Once the Outer Path Jade is successfully condensed, it'll surely be able to hold far more chakra than I expected!"
Uesugi Shinji was giving it everything he had, racing against time. The Three-Tails' chakra was escaping extremely quickly, and he had to make the most of the remaining resources while he still could!
"Almost there. Just give me a little more time..." Uesugi Shinji stared intently at Namikaze Minato, resolved to hold off this enemy at any cost.
Though Namikaze Minato didn't know what the floating Outer Path Jade was, he could still sense the immense energy it contained.
"I can't let him keep going!"
Namikaze Minato's expression was grave. Ignoring the danger, he charged toward Uesugi Shinji through the ceaseless, raging waves.
Seeing this, Uesugi Shinji's Ice Release Clone immediately moved to stop him. It pressed both hands into the flowing water beneath its feet, infusing it with a powerful surge of Ice Release chakra.
The next instant, dozens of enormous Ice Spikes erupted from the waves. Namikaze
