In Konoha, Uzumaki Kuming and Uchiha Fugaku walked out of the Uchiha Clan's compound together, then headed for the Hyuga Clan's.
For the second member of his squad, Uzumaki Kuming had set his sights on Hyuga Hiashi. There were several reasons for this. First, of course, was the Hyuga Clan's Byakugan. As a rare ocular Kekkei Genkai in the Shinobi World, its sensory and reconnaissance abilities were among the best.
For a mature squad, having too many sensory ninja was never a problem; having too few was. Another reason was Hiashi's status. As Uchiha Fugaku and Kuming walked and talked, they soon arrived at the Hyuga Clan's compound.
