"Uzumaki... Kuming!"
"BOOM!!!"
A terrifying, resounding roar erupted from within the cage. A violent hurricane swept up the standing water on the ground and surged toward Uzumaki Kuming and Naruto Uzumaki.
Seeing the hurricane approach, Naruto instinctively raised his hand to shield himself. At that moment, Uzumaki Kuming stepped forward, placing himself in front of Naruto, and swiftly lifted his hand.
As Uzumaki Kuming raised his hand, every gap in the barred gate was filled by a thin curtain of lightning. Naruto felt the hurricane quickly subside and slowly lowered his hand to look ahead.
The thin lightning curtain did not obscure the scene inside the cage. Naruto could vaguely see bolts of lightning cords shooting out from all around the prison, binding the Seven-Tails tightly within it.
Roars filled the entire sewer entrance. Naruto stared blankly at the sight before him, his eyes wide with shock.
"Th-This..."
"Uncle."
This was Naruto's first time entering the space where a Tailed Beast was sealed. Seeing the Seven-Tails' terrifying presence now, he could not help but feel afraid.
Before this, Naruto had only used a portion of the Seven-Tails' Chakra that leaked from the seal. Yet even controlling that tiny, insignificant amount of Chakra had placed enormous pressure on him.
Facing the complete Seven-Tails, even an optimist like Naruto became much more subdued.
"Don't worry. It can't hurt you."
Seeing Naruto like this, Uzumaki Kuming smiled and reassured him. Then he lifted his foot and walked toward the cage.
"Uncle, that's dangerous!" Naruto cried out at Uzumaki Kuming's movement, reaching out to grab him. But though Uzumaki Kuming appeared to be walking slowly, he had reached the cage entrance in the blink of an eye. Naruto could not catch hold of him at all.
"What are you standing there for? Follow me!"
