Keigo Uchiha gently reassured her.

Learning Medical Ninjutsu at seven was an astonishing feat. It required powerful spiritual energy and exceptional chakra control.

In the original story, Sakura had started learning Medical Ninjutsu at thirteen.

And even then, it had taken her a long time to master it.

The fact that Momoko could learn it at seven was proof of her talent!

"How about we train together? I'll practice Lightning Release, and you can practice Medical Ninjutsu."

Keigo Uchiha said with a smile.
