In Teron Gorefiend's eyes, the humans guarding this defensive line were nothing more than lambs waiting to be slaughtered. It wasn't until the hundreds of Death Knights under his command reached the massive gateway beneath the Wall of Thoradin that Stromgarde's guards became wary of the riders in black robes.

So they didn't take many precautions, assuming that the Alliance had simply sent another group of reinforcements. Ever since their resurrection, the Death Knights had been tormented by death's icy chill and had craved the warmth of their enemies' blood. They had also developed an even greater taste for their enemies' dying screams and groans. Thus, after being reborn in human bodies, these Warlocks, who had once manipulated only dark magic and Fel, had changed completely. With the strength of their new bodies, they had become madmen who relished close-quarters combat.

They were powerful, skilled in dark magic, and unafraid of death. All of this made the Warlocks from the Shadow Council some of the Horde's most formidable weapons of war. Today, they would bare their fangs for all to see!
