Shawn spotted Shandris Feathermoon from afar. She looked just as she always had; even after ten thousand years, her appearance had never changed.
A rare smile appeared on Shandris's face when she saw Shawn arrive.
She came out to greet him herself and smiled gently. "Shawn, you're here."
Chromie landed ten meters in front of Shandris, then transformed into her little Gnome girl form.
Shawn hurried forward and said happily, "Aunt Shandris, I've come to see you! It's been so long. Have you been well?"
Shandris smiled. "Shawn, you're here for the Nightmare Green Dragon, aren't you? That little pet of yours has already told me everything. Two days ago, I sent people to watch the passage to the Emerald Dream, and sure enough, they spotted a Nightmare Green Dragon."
Shawn quickly said, "That's Ysondre, an extremely powerful Nightmare Green Dragon. She can summon corrupted Druid souls and is very difficult to deal with. Aunt Shandris, I've come to ask for your help. Only you can handle Ysondre!"
Shandris shook her head. "You're talking nonsense again, Shawn. That little girl beside you probably has strength on par with an Adult Green Dragon, doesn't she?"
Chromie scratched her head in confusion, then asked with an adorably bewildered look, "Your name is Shandris? I think we've met somewhere before. Do you remember? Why can't I recall it?"
Shandris smiled. "Of course we have, Miss Chromie. You once visited Feralas, though that was a very long time ago."
Shandris had lived for more than ten thousand years, and Chromie might not have been much younger than her.
Chromie had visited many places, but she had forgotten many things.
Hearing Shandris's words, Chromie said hazily, "Really? I don't remember. But what you said just now was wrong. I can't beat that Nightmare Green Dragon.
