The attributes of this epic piece of equipment were just so, so... so exciting!
All attributes +4 meant that Shawn's five main attributes-strength, agility, stamina, intellect, and spirit-had each increased by four, for a total gain of twenty attribute points.
Casting speed +4 meant that Shawn would no longer need over ten seconds to cast a single Fireball. He could finally use it properly in combat.
Spellcasting tier +1 was even more incredible. It meant that while Shawn had previously only been able to cast the tier-one spell Frostbolt, he could now cast the tier-two spell Frost Nova. Of course, he had to learn it first.
The imbued spell "Moonlight Protection" was presumably the spell Shandris Feathermoon had said came with every Feathermoon Amulet. Anyone could use it, and its effect was similar to a mage's Mage Armor: its defensive strength depended on how much mana the spell could draw upon. Since Shawn's Feathermoon Amulet was epic, it was sure to have abundant mana available, so Moonlight Protection's defenses would certainly satisfy him.
The imbued spell "Evocation" was a tier-three spell that only high-level mages could master. It restored a certain amount of mana over a set period. The Evocation imbued in the amulet could restore all his mana outright. That effect was simply fantastic.
The imbued spell "Moon Goddess's Arrow" was the Priestess of the Moon's signature skill-overwhelming, dazzling, and extremely effective. One arrow pierced the clouds, and an entire army answered its call.
