The Storm Gathers

Fengjin shook his hand, releasing the earth that had bound Nie Jianli's entire body. The headless corpse slumped to the ground.

Fengjin's gaze shifted from his right hand, stained with warm blood, to his surroundings. All he could see were the dozen or so unconscious 12th Division soldiers lying on the ground.

The crowd that had just been penned in had already scattered in panic, escaping with their lives. Yet Fengjin felt no joy whatsoever.

He had originally thought that the extermination of Rukon District residents would proceed gradually. But he had never expected Nie Jianli to make such a massive move all at once!
