The Perfect Lizard Test Subject

Shen Fei had barely walked out when Connors followed after him. "Boss, this is the Lizard Serum technology you wanted..."

Connors handed Shen Fei a USB drive.

"Mm. Do you have anything valuable here?" Shen Fei took it and nodded. The Osborn Company had long been deeply involved in bioengineering research because the Osborn family suffered from a hereditary disease that could easily prove fatal.

For the sake of keeping his son Harry alive, Norman had resolved to pursue biological research. Whether it was the Green Goblin Serum that turned him into the Green Goblin or the research involving extraordinary animals, its fundamental purpose had been to cure his family's hereditary disease.

The Lizard Serum was one of those major achievements, and now Shen Fei had obtained it.

His Phoenix 2 would soon emerge, and his Self-healing Ability would improve even further.

"There's a bit more. I was planning to move some research equipment to... the sewers."

Connors sighed.

"You won't have to live in the sewers anymore. Since that's the case, I'll have someone clean it up."

"I don't. Later on, he was practically researching it alone. I didn't expect him to have actually succeeded."

Connors said in surprise.

"Do you still have the data from your previous research?"

According to the established setting, Spider-Man's powers had actually been granted by the Spider-Totem. But in the movie universe, there had never been any clue as to which deity of the Spider-Totem had bestowed power upon Peter.

So Shen Fei could only give it a try.

If it truly did not work, there was nothing he could do. It would just be a shame to lose his little Hulk.

"I do, but it's all at my home."

"Bring it over later. We'll research it together."

When they arrived at the estate, Shen Fei found that Klaw was still there, though his expression did not look very good.

When Klaw saw Shen Fei return,

he wanted to say something, but upon seeing Connors behind him, he closed his mouth.

"Go ahead. If there's something, say it directly. We're all on the same side."

Connors glanced at Shen Fei. Just like that, he had become one of their own?

And his opponent had also been Spider-Man.

Shen Fei shook his head and looked at Connors. "Come with me."

Connors stared at Logan on the operating table and froze again. Was his new boss really this ruthless?

He had someone tied up here just like that.

Logan was still unconscious. To spare him the pain of having fluid extracted, they put him back to sleep almost as soon as the anesthetic wore off.
