Hearing Dearka agree so cheerfully, Murrue Ramius, Mu La Flaga, Lowe, and Gai Murakumo looked up at him. Feeling their gazes on him, Dearka flashed them a grin.
After grinning, Dearka spoke.
"Was there something wrong with what I said?"

Then Mu La Flaga turned his gaze to Lacus. Still deep in thought, she nodded as well and spoke with a hint of resignation.
"It really is the only effective option."
Then Lacus abruptly changed tack.
"But this method would only stop the war temporarily. Once we withdraw, the fighting between PLANT and the Earth Alliance will still continue.
That isn't the outcome we want at all."
"That's true."
Mu La Flaga nodded in agreement.
Then he folded his arms and considered how they could end the war for good.
The others pondered the same question.
"Lacus, what does my brother have in mind?"

"He hasn't told me exactly what he plans to do." Then she abruptly changed tack. "But judging from some of his ideas, he wants to intervene to stop the war once both PLANT and the Earth Alliance are completely exhausted."
