Chapter Summaries

Genya battled Madara as he awakened the Rinnegan and unleashed increasingly powerful attacks against Konoha. As Madara’s twin meteors overwhelmed Genya’s Wood Release, Konoha’s defenders and several Jinchuriki prepared to help protect the village.

• Genya countered Madara’s attacks with a lightning dragon, but Madara absorbed it and awakened the Rinnegan.
• Madara used Chibaku Tensei to pull Genya into a massive stone sphere, and Genya destroyed it with Dust Release.
