"Can I take a look at these? There shouldn't be any problem, right?" Shin asked Eri Kisaki.
"You can. None of this is particularly confidential, as long as you don't leak any of the information."
Eri Kisaki nodded. She believed Shin would not leak anything from them; she trusted him completely.
Shin picked one up and flipped through it. After looking for a while, he lost all interest and tossed the document in his hand onto the table.
Shin had never studied law, so he could not understand any of it and had no interest in it. He had only picked it up out of curiosity.
"Why did you stop reading?" Yukiko asked Shin.
"I can't understand it."
Shin answered bluntly. He would not pretend to understand something he did not; if he could not understand it, then he could not understand it.
"Heh, I never thought there'd be something you weren't good at," Yukiko said with a smile.
"There are only things I'm not interested in," Shin told Yukiko. If he were truly interested, he could figure it all out in just a few days.
"Finally finished. Let's go," Eri Kisaki said as she stood and stretched.
She had finally finished all of it. It really had not been easy, and Eri Kisaki felt a little tired. She really should relax more often; Yukiko had not been wrong.
