Although he knew that Hyuga Shin was strong enough to take them down in no time, this was just too fast.
Hyuga Shin shrugged. The Land of Rain's environment was perfect for the Rumble-Rumble Fruit! One bolt of lightning was all it took. He didn't even need to hit anyone directly; the rainwater conducted the electricity and took them out with ease.
"Where's Mikoto?"
"She went to make breakfast."
Bang! Bang! Bang!
A rapid knock sounded at the door.
"Shin, those damn bastards just got struck dead by lightning!"
Hyuga Shin walked over and opened the door, looking at Nawaki in annoyance.
"You're always yelling your head off. What the hell are you screaming about?"
Nawaki was visibly excited. "Shin, those ninja who've been disturbing everyone just got struck by a flash of lightning!"
"I know." Hyuga Shin stepped outside and saw that the others were there too.
They all went downstairs. The only people left in the entire inn were their group. Because of the ninjas' arrival, the owner and the other guests had fled days ago.
"The rain's getting heavier and heavier. Why don't we stop waiting and move on? We've been here almost ten days. How much longer are we supposed to wait?" Hizashi Hyuga suggested.
"Walking in this downpour will make us sick. There are ninjas fighting outside, too. We should wait a little longer." Shikaku Nara shook his head.
"I don't know what you're all fretting about. Sitting here and watching the rain is nice." Compared to the others, Hyuga Shin was far more relaxed.
"Shin, this is the Land of Rain. Our lives are in danger at any moment here." Shikaku Nara gave a wry smile.
"This is all your fault, Nawaki. You just had to accept this mission." Inoichi Yamanaka complained to him.
