"Oh!" Shin nodded, then showed no further reaction.

Miwako Sato kept staring at Shin.

"Hey, why do you keep staring at me? Do you suspect I'm that masked man?"

"No. Didn't you fight that masked man? I want to know how strong he is—and how strong you are."

"That masked man is very strong. As for me, figure it out yourself."

"Have some water." Vermouth brought over a glass of plain water and set it in front of Miwako Sato.

Miwako Sato glanced at Vermouth, then thanked her.

Vermouth smiled faintly, then sat beside them, that mysterious smile never leaving her face.

Shin gave Vermouth a strange look. Was Vermouth really such an enthusiastic person? She had actually taken the initiative to pour Miwako Sato a drink.

Miwako Sato picked up the glass, took a sip, then continued staring at Shin.

"Then tell me, just how strong is that masked man?"

"I don't know either. We never fought with our full strength. Who knows how strong he really is?"
