"Lin An... died just like that?" Northern Dipper stared in disbelief at the spot where Lin An's body had dissipated.
"It was only a clone. Did you forget? None of the people from [Daybreak] are their true bodies!" Southern Dipper said.
"Ah! Right! I almost forgot!" Northern Dipper smacked his forehead. Very few people knew that secret, so much so that even he had failed to react at first.
"If [Heavenly Court] learned that after paying such a huge price, they had only killed one of Lin An's clones, I wonder how they would feel. Still, the fact that Lin An was actually killed by them is indeed beyond my expectations!" Southern Dipper said softly, his gaze fixed on the distant battlefield.
There had never been a definitive conclusion as to who was stronger between Lin An and Lin Chuan. Yet judging from the vast amount of intelligence gathered, Lin An's strength could not be underestimated. He had concealed far too many trump cards.
