Purple Star City was a medium-sized city located in the heartland of the Heavenly Star Divine Dynasty. Within the city stood an Ascension Grand Hall.
This Ascension Grand Hall was located in the north of the city. Its buildings were old and dilapidated, making the place seem exceedingly desolate.

On this day, light flickered within the hall, and a young figure suddenly appeared.
