Background / History

Su Mo originated as the “King of Mercenaries,” a 21st-century mercenary leader who was betrayed by his most trusted brother and died while taking his enemies down with him. He reincarnated in the Azure Continent and had lived there for fourteen years by the time of his Martial Soul awakening. 2

He was initially celebrated as the Su family’s foremost genius in Linyang City. That status collapsed when he awakened a Human Grade First Tier Martial Soul, while his rival Su Yu awakened a Human Grade Fifth Tier Martial Soul. His family and peers turned from admiration to contempt, and Liu Yushan distanced herself from him. 1 4
