Doctor Mobius froze for a moment, then narrowed her eyes.
"What... do you mean by that?"
"I mean..." Lin's cold gaze slowly seeped out from behind his helmet as he said in a muffled voice, "Since you're not a doctor, you don't need to provide me with medical advice, and I don't intend to listen."

After a long silence, Doctor Mobius took a deep breath.
"Get out."
Lin looked at the equipment beside him. "The physical examination isn't..."
"Get out!"
In the broad corridor, Lin rubbed his chin as he pondered why Mobius had suddenly lost her temper.
He did not understand why Mobius had suddenly told him to get out. He had merely told the truth and even lightened her burden. What exactly was she dissatisfied with?
"Yo, kid Lin, done with your physical?" A woman red as flame greeted the approaching Lin, and he replied with a brief shake of his head.
"Huh? Didn't you go for your physical ages ago? Besides, hardly anyone would go to Mobius's lab for a physical, right?"
"...Something happened."
"Oh..." Himiko drew out the syllable, understanding the implication, and smiled with considerable amusement. "Did you make Doctor Mobius angry?"
"Probably."
Probably was an extremely vague word, both literally and in practice. It could mean "probably yes," or "probably not." Even Lin, whose mind spun faster than a computer, could not understand the thoughts of a doctor more than ten years his senior who still acted like a little girl.
"What kind of 'probably' is that?"
Clearly intrigued, Himiko pointed at the meeting room beside them. The two walked in side by side. Himiko took a bottle of iced beer from the fridge, took a sip, and stared eagerly at Lin, who did not know how to begin.
