Karin's words left Yahiko and the others exchanging glances. As dreamers struggling along the difficult road to peace, they could hardly imagine that the secret of a Deity alone could bring peace to the world.

"Um, I have a question." Yahiko raised his right hand.
Karin turned to him, waiting for his question.
"You've always known where this Temple of God is, and you know that mastering the secrets about the Deity inside could bring peace to the world.
"Before now, did you ever go looking for that Temple of God?" Yahiko asked curiously.
"The prophecy once said that the Temple of God would not open again until a thousand years had passed. Before then, no one was to enter without permission."
"Then you never sent anyone to look for it?" Yahiko pressed.
"This secret has also been passed down one person at a time within our clan.
"In each generation, only one clan member knows.
"Our clan leaders have never been told unless they were chosen as the keepers of the secret." Karin replied calmly.
Yahiko looked thoughtful, rubbing his chin with his right hand out of habit. "So none of you have ever been to that Temple of God."
"No. Someone did go. It's said that three hundred years ago, after the keeper of the secret told the person he had chosen as the next keeper, he set out to find the Temple of God out of curiosity." Karin explained.
"What happened?" Yahiko asked eagerly.
Karin shook her head. "The previous keeper never appeared again after that."
At this, disappointment showed on Yahiko and the others' faces. They were all curious about what secrets the Temple of God held.
