His crimes were written in plain terms: colluding with a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast, defying human morality, merging with a Soul Beast's origin and Falling into Demonic Path, slaughtering human Soul Masters, and betraying all humanity.

The bounty was staggeringly high. Even providing accurate information on his whereabouts would earn one a ten-thousand-year Soul Bone. Capturing or killing him would bring direct access to Title Douluo-level resources jointly guaranteed by the two great empires and Spirit Hall.

We would use the light of our Martial Souls to make the entire continent remember: humanity was not prey! We would use the victories of Soul Hunting to define for future generations: humanity was the ruler!

All Soul Beasts who had transformed into humans, listen well. War had arrived. And we would bring you—an end!

It could only issue an announcement in support of the Human Alliance, while ordering Spirit Hall branches everywhere to intensify their investigations into transformed Soul Beasts.

Even the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect and the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan among the Upper Three Sects had no choice but to speak publicly. The Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect was cautious in its wording, saying only that it would "uphold the bottom line of human morality and not associate with Soul Beasts," yet it still arranged investigations into transformed Soul Beasts.
