"So, the relationship between the Uchiha Clan and Konoha has already fallen to rock bottom?" Obito Uchiha asked in a low voice, sinking into thought.
In his distinctive voice, White Zetsu said, "It looks that way. Worth mentioning is that there's a kid in the Uchiha Clan named Uchiha Itachi. Konoha seems to have taken an interest in him, and he's currently acting as a double agent between the Uchiha and Konoha."
"Oh!" Obito let out a soft sound of surprise, then laughed. "Who would've thought that someone like that would emerge from the Uchiha Clan?"
He rose from his stone chair. "It seems I need to pay Konoha a visit and meet this Uchiha junior. Something interesting might happen."
White Zetsu looked at him and asked quietly, "So, Obito, do you have a new plan?"
Obito Uchiha did not turn around. He merely chuckled and said, "Not for now. But opportunities must be seized by taking the initiative. As a third party, discord between Konoha and the Uchiha is ultimately beneficial to us. If we want to carry out the plan, it would be best for the entire shinobi world to fall into chaos. After all, our strength is still insufficient."
"Insufficient strength?" White Zetsu asked in confusion. "How could it be insufficient? Lord Shin has amassed a terrifying force over the years. If we wanted to gather the Tailed Beasts and launch the plan, we would have more than enough power. How could our strength be lacking?"
