Background

Madara was born into the Uchiha Clan during the Warring States Period. Even as a child, he was an exceptional fighter: he could contend with Gen, employ Fire Style techniques, and remain calm under pressure during sparring matches. His rapid growth was driven in part by the intense competition surrounding him, especially his rivalry with Gen and later Senju Hashirama 3 71.

As a teenager, Madara served as a battlefield commander during the Uchiha–Senju conflict.
