In the training grounds, countless figures worked up a sweat, striving to push their bodies to their limits in hopes of awakening the Cosmo within them one day and obtaining the Cloth they had always dreamed of.
Around the training grounds stood several figures in Bronze Cloths, watching the fighters and constantly pointing things out, as if judging their abilities.
Bronze Saints were the lowest rank among the three classes of Saints, but to these trainees, they were still beings beyond reach. Any Saint was superhuman: their feet could shatter the earth, and their fists could tear the sky apart.
Beyond the chaotic training grounds lay the rest of Sanctuary. As the earthly palace of the goddess of war and wisdom, it still retained much of the style of the mythological age, ancient and solemn.
It was shrouded in a barrier all year round, making it difficult for outsiders to enter. Besides the trainees in the practice grounds, many other children had been sent here to train under different Saints.
They were Saint candidates, raised from a young age. Some would obtain the Cloth they dreamed of and become the goddess's warriors, but far more would die during training, leaving not even their names behind.
Every generation of Saints had grown up in such a cruel environment. Only this way could they charge to the front lines and defend the peace of the entire world when evil spread across the land.
