Yet there were only two paths to completing the adjustments to the subsequent cultivation methods.
The first was to replace his own bloodline with that of an immortal-demon descendant. This was the easiest route. Immortal-demon descendants were everywhere on the Heavenly Martial Continent; obtaining their bloodlines was not difficult, and they could even be purified. After that, one could forever continue down the predetermined path of an immortal-demon body.
However, Uchiha Madara had originally been human, and he thought he was doing quite well as he was. He had no desire to change his bloodline! If it were Orochimaru, he might have been very interested in such a prospect.
The second path was the one Uchiha Madara intended to take: continue cultivating the Azure Underworld
