"Siegfried!"
Siegfried heard a soft, clear female voice and cried out in alarm, "You can't come out, Lady Hilda!"
Yet his shout had no effect whatsoever. A beautiful, elegant woman in a black robe, with silver hair, appeared before Uchiha Madara!
"Lady Hilda, it's dangerous!" Siegfried shouted. "That man possesses tremendous strength—he may even be a match for you!"
Hilda smiled faintly. "I know. Though this man has no Cosmo at all, his strength surpasses even Athena's Saints. As for the Saint of Athena beside him, I believe you could defeat him. But this ninja... I don't think you can win against him with your strength. That is why I, Hilda, must come out and meet him myself."
Siegfried said, "But, Lady Hilda, his strength... the two of us together... cough, cough, cough!"
Hilda crouched down, gently stroking Siegfried's hair as she said softly:
"For all this time, I, Hilda, have relied on you God Warriors for protection. Now, when you—when all of you—have exhausted your strength, it should be my turn to fight..."
She rose to her feet and faced Uchiha Madara and Ikki, saying coldly, "So you two are the ones who defeated my seven God Warriors in succession? State your names. And tell me—what exactly have you come to Asgard for?"
She raised her right hand. On the ring finger of that hand, a Nibelungen Ring glittered brightly!
Seeing the ring, Uchiha Madara smiled faintly. "Lady Hilda, greetings. I, Uchiha Madara, have come for the Nibelungen Ring on your hand..."
"You came for the Nibelungen Ring?" Hilda snapped angrily. "Is the Nibelungen Ring something you can touch as you please?!"
Uchiha Madara smiled faintly. "Lady Hilda, do you know the origin of the Nibelungen Ring?"
"What does the origin of this ring have to do with you?"
