"Estelle, you've finally arrived."
When Estelle saw Major Syd, she felt somewhat relieved. Back at Ruan Fortress, if Major Syd had not helped them, the few of them would not even have made it out of the fortress.
Upon seeing their savior, Uchiha Madara and the others first gave him a deep bow. Then Uchiha Madara asked, "Major Syd, where is princess Klaudia now?"
Suddenly, from behind Syd, a beautiful figure appeared before Uchiha Madara and the others:
"Estelle, Joshua, I'm truly... so happy... that you came to rescue me..."
Before them stood a girl with long purple hair, dressed in exquisite clothing. No one could ever forget that beautiful face...
"K-Kloe? Why are you here? How did you get dragged into something like this?! How could they even kidnap civilians? These people are absolutely terrible!" Estelle raged as she berated Richard, but seeing her curse Richard out like that, Syd, Zin, and Uchiha Madara could not help bursting into laughter.
"What are you laughing at?" Estelle snapped. "Don't you know that Kloe came from Marcia Orphanage? Is it really right to drag an ordinary civilian like her into this? What use could Kloe possibly be to someone like Richard?"
Major Syd smiled faintly. "She is extremely useful. For instance, she could be used to threaten the Queen into abdicating, among other things."
Estelle was shocked. "Capturing Kloe could force the Queen to abdicate?"
Kloe smiled. "Actually, even if they had captured me, they could never have threatened Grandmother into abdicating. And now that you have rescued me, it is even more impossible."
Estelle was instantly bewildered. "What does any of this mean? Your grandmother could never abdicate... Grandmother? Abdicate?"
Syd laughed. "Are you still being foolish? Kloe is the current princess, Her Highness Klaudia von Auslese!"
Kloe gently removed
