Uchiha Madara kidnapped Gilbert and asked, "Gilbert, what exactly is the Professor's goal?"
Gilbert was so frightened he looked like a plucked rooster, trembling all over! Shaking, he said, "I don't know either! Why would the Professor tell foot soldiers like us about their plans?"
Uchiha Madara said coldly, "That's not what you said when you were dealing with Estelle."
Gilbert burst into tears. "I'm sorry! I was too arrogant back then. In truth, I'm just an ordinary foot soldier in Ouroboros. I have no ability whatsoever to learn of the Professor's plans!"
"Hmph, a foot soldier..." Uchiha Madara lifted him up. "It seems you won't talk unless I make you suffer a little." He punched Gilbert, sending him flying to the other side of the room!
Gilbert immediately passed out!
"So fragile? Someone like this can actually join Ouroboros? Looks like their standards for selecting people have dropped..." Uchiha Madara shook his head and muttered to himself, "It seems Gilbert really doesn't know anything. I should find someone else to ask."
Since ordinary foot soldiers knew nothing about it, he would have to ask an Enforcer at the very least. Every Enforcer possessed extraordinary strength; even with Uchiha Madara's abilities, defeating one would not be easy.
He decided to look for Renne. Several years ago, it had been Joshua and Loewe who had rescued Renne from a place called "Paradise." After she entered Ouroboros, the people closest to her were Joshua and Loewe.
"Renne, are you here...?"
Yet no matter where Uchiha Madara searched, he found no trace of Renne.
