Uchiha Madara was surprised by Woff's words. "What exactly is the purpose of tomorrow's performance?"
Woff lowered his voice. "We want to use the Stardust Chorus to draw Numenos's soldiers in. While they're distracted, Ambassador Slade will raid the city hall and rescue a miraculous girl!"
"A miraculous girl?" Uchiha Madara suddenly asked in surprise. "Are you talking about... a girl in a white dress whose singing can heal people's wounds?"
Woff was startled. "What, you know about her too? She's the treasure of Mehelos. We can't possibly let the people of Numenos get their hands on her!"
Uchiha Madara wanted to know more about the girl. He asked Woff, "What traits does she have? Why can her singing heal injuries and illnesses? Is she a mage, or someone special?"
The songstress Wendy said, "Eliya comes from the northern grasslands of Cavaro. It seems she lives in mountains even farther beyond the grasslands. Those mountains are inaccessible to outsiders, except for members of her own tribe. The people of her tribe are mysterious, and Eliya represents them. I've heard they are descendants of people from ancient times."
Uchiha Madara's heart tightened. The Blue People!
Uchiha Madara was not the only one whose heart tightened. Evan and Mel had thought of the words Blue People as well. In the world of El Phildin, only remnants of their technology remained, such as transposition gates. Yet in this world of Witluna, it seemed that much more had been inherited. The girl Wendy called Eliya was likely one of them!
If so, then Eliya might be the key to unraveling the secrets of the Blue People!
Perhaps she was also connected to that dark power capable of destroying the entire land.
Uchiha Madara resolved to investigate Eliya, the black-haired girl. To do that, they
