Both of the robot's arms had been severed, yet it remained ferocious, charging at Uchiha Madara as though it intended to use its final weapon—its body—to perish together with him. But Uchiha Madara gave it no such chance. He leaped high into the air and swung his blade down, splitting the robot cleanly in two.
Goku descended from the sky and said in surprise, "Mr. Uchiha Madara, you're incredibly strong! I saw that you couldn't fly, so I was just thinking of firing a Spirit Bomb from the air, but I was afraid of hurting you. Who would've thought you'd take it down with just two quick slashes?"
Uchiha Madara laughed heartily. "That was nothing. I'm a swordsman, after all. The World Martial Arts Tournament doesn't allow weapons, so I was a little out of my element. With a blade in hand, the world is mine. A robot like that? Nothing to fear."
Looking at the robot's wreckage, Goku gave a bitter smile. "What should we do with this thing? And where did it even come from?"
Uchiha Madara looked down the path ahead and said, "Let's take a look farther ahead. We might find something."
So they continued onward, and gradually, they discovered a mass of light.
"Three times gravity." Goku frowned. "Looks like the place ahead isn't ordinary."
Uchiha Madara did not dare let down his guard either. He gripped the Uchiha Gunbai—Scythe in his hand and slowly approached the golden glow. Yet no other strange thing seemed to leap out at them.
When they finally reached the mass of golden light, they stood there dumbfounded.
