It had once been cast out of the Shenron Tribe, but through bitter pleas and a period of restrained behavior, it eventually earned the approval of White Dragon, the clan head of the Shenron Tribe, and was allowed to remain within the tribe "under observation."
This dragon's Dragon Ball not only could not grant people's wishes, but would also cause destruction. It was somewhat similar to Black Dragon in that regard, but unlike Black Dragon, the Blue-Black Shenron was not capable of throwing the universe into chaos. That was one of the reasons White Dragon had allowed it to return to the Shenron Tribe.
When Uchiha Madara arrived beside it, the Blue-Black Shenron had just finished playing a game and was squatting near its residence, smoking. It blew out a smoke ring that drifted lazily upward.
