"But what you're facing is our army. No individual strength has any chance of survival beneath the iron hooves of an army," the fishman general said.
Uchiha Madara looked at the fishmen who had come ashore. They were divided into three groups, their numbers immense, filling the entire coastline. The fishmen in the last row wore long robes, clearly different from those at the front.
"So an actual army came after us. Just how many people are there in this huge mass?" Scenery said as he stood up and looked around.
"If he can handle even this, then we'll be able to establish ourselves here," Scenery said.
"It's too late for you to run now," the fishman general said.
"Trap them!" the fishman general shouted. The robed fishmen in the last row raised their hands, and an enormous bubble enclosed the entire sea surface, trapping everyone inside.
"Isn't it just a big bubble?" Old Seven said, picking up a small stone from the ground and hurling it with all his strength.
The pebble struck the bubble, which flexibly bounced it back. It came flying back even faster and with greater force.
Scenery caught the rebounding pebble and shook his hand. "That actually hurt a little."
"The ones in the back must be sorcerers, while the ones in front are all warriors. They formed up in such a short time—no wonder we humans are no match for the fishmen," Scenery said after thinking for a moment.
"There are always deaths in war. That is the price of peace," Uchiha Madara said as he looked at the fishman general.
"It's not too late for you to understand that. Then the few of you can serve as the price of peace today," the fishman general said. Though he was tied to a tree
