The Murlocs' commander-in-chief said, "Someone with strength like yours would usually be backed by a powerful state apparatus. So which country do you represent here?"
"I don't represent any country. I came here only on my own behalf. I don't have any state apparatus behind me," Uchiha Madara said.
"Though I don't want to admit it, your speed is indeed faster than I expected. Among humans, you can be considered outstanding," the Murlocs general said.
"But no matter how fast you are, it's useless if you can't break through my defenses. Faced with my impenetrable defense, all you can do is worry helplessly," the commander-in-chief said.
Uchiha Madara smiled. "Then what use is your impenetrable defense? If you can't keep up with my speed, aren't you just as helpless?"
"It's not that I can't keep up with your speed," the Murlocs' commander-in-chief said. His expression twisted, and Xiao Sang, standing to one side, said, "He's transforming."
Uchiha Madara watched the Murlocs' commander-in-chief before him. The muscles on his back bulged more and more, as though something were trying to burst out from inside his body.
At last, with a squelching sound, two long bones broke through the muscles on his back and grew outward. A thin layer of wings gradually formed over the bones.
The Murlocs commander-in-chief's body slowly shrank, while scales began covering his entire body. Other than his eyes, every part of him was covered in scales.
The Murlocs' commander-in-chief lightly flapped the wings behind him and actually floated into the air, his feet lifting a short distance off the ground.
"Your body structure really is unusual. No wonder you're the commander-in-chief of the Murlocs. This form should be speed-oriented," Uchiha Madara said.
